    A Year of Elizabeth Barrett’s Brownies

    I will provide you with six generous batches of delicious brownies, with or without nuts, over the next year. Real butter, good chocolate, no preservatives.  They’ll be sliced small (50 in a batch) or large – your choice.

    You can choose to have them every month for six months … every other month for 12 months … and you can even combine multiple batches for a big party, as suits your needs.  I’ll bring them to church most any Sunday morning or Thursday evening.  Just call – a few days’ notice is sufficient, and barring a conflict, I can get them to you pretty quickly.

    In other words, I become your Personal Brownie Chef for the year!  YUM!

    Nanaimo Bars

    Nanaimo Bars are an ultra-rich, chocolatey & decadent Canadian Christmas tradition. At a date of your choosing, you’ll receive roughly 2 1/2 dozen of these gorgeous tri-layered confections, to serve at your next party or just when you’re in the mood to pamper yourself or your family. You can specify white chocolate for the topping instead of dark if you prefer (but why would you ever do that?) & ground almonds (traditional) or pecans to complete the chocolate-coconut-graham base. Keep refrigerated; they’ll last up to 2 weeks. Frozen, tightly wrapped, they’ll keep several months. Scheduling Details: Please call/email at least 2 weeks in advance to order.

    Nanaimo Bars (Vegan!)

    Savor this entirely-plant-based version of the iconic Canadian national dessert. Through the wizardry of 21st Century vegan technology, these confections are virtually indistinguishable from the eggs-and-dairy-containing originals, and absolutely delicious. (Note: some ingredients may have been created on machinery that have touched eggs or dairy.) Bonus: optionally, request a flavored buttercream center (Espresso – mmmm!) Scheduling details: Please call/email at least 2 weeks in advance to schedule.

    When you want to claim your bars, please call/email at least 2 weeks in advance. Nanaimo Bars keep nicely for several weeks in the fridge or several months in the freezer, as long as they’re wrapped tightly.
