    Do you have a favorite hymn that we *never* sing in worship services? Do you wish we’d sing “Spirit of Life” more often? Are you nostalgic for a hymn tune from your childhood worship community? Is there an unfamiliar hymn in one of the hymnals that you’d like to learn? The high bidder wins the privilege of selecting one hymn from either Singing the Living Tradition or Singing the Journey, which the worship leaders then promise to incorporate into at least four Sundays’ worship services in the coming year.

In this workshop you will develop a more concrete spiritual vision and identify steps to achieve it. Wait-listed at Women’s retreats in 2016 and 2018. The UUCC Board of Trustees used the LSP method for team building in 2016 and raved about the experience. Corporate groups pay thousands of dollars for LSP workshops. Here’s your chance—2 hours of instruction on your terms from Nancy Kochuk, RYT 500, an experienced yoga teacher (teaches at Columbia Yoga Center, Shift Yoga, and elsewhere). Choose either a chair yoga class (if you prefer or require sitting on a chair, have joint or balance issues) or a basic class (gentle or Level 1). Enjoy 2 sessions (60 mins each).
