We appreciate receiving any images of your donated item, because we have to have at least one image for each item in the catalog. We appreciate not having to search for one! Images that you supply are uploaded on the last page of the auction donation form.

A Featured Image is the image that’s used as the banner across the top of your auction donation’s online catalog page. It also appears in a smaller scale on catalog digest pages, and is needed to make these pages format correctly. The colored-pencil background at the top of this page is a Featured Image.

Featured images are a specific size: 1600 pixels wide, and 400 pixels high.  So if you supply an image, please make it at least that big on each dimension.  The image has to be crop-pable to be four times as wide as it is tall (so, wide and short images are much better then tall and skinny ones — but even tall images can be used if they’re 1600 or more pixels wide, and if an attractive banner shape can be cropped out).  [popup_trigger id=”10763″ tag=”a” classes=”maranatha-button featured-image-button”]View Example[/popup_trigger]

You don’t have to edit images yourself – we can do that. But we’d LOVE for you to provide images of the correct size and shape – it saves us a lot of time!! (A how-to guide in pdf, and video instructions, appear below.)
